Description
A minimum of 15 years’ progressive experience in a related field

Responsibilities
Strategically creates and improves organization’s equipment operation best practices ensuring operators adhere to policy
Review the operating strategy in the context of business goals and market dynamics to identify key process improvement opportunities within the business unit/function.
Hold managers and employees accountable for successfully implementing process improvement initiatives.
Compare overall business performance before and after large and complex process improvements to analyze the impact.
Synthesize information on past performance, sales forecasts and marketing projections and provides guidance to business leaders on longer-term capacity planning solutions (e.g., adding capital equipment and modifying the layout of production facilities).
Develop new strategies and designs to effectively order, ship and manage warehouse materials in order to ensure a consistent flow for production and satisfy demand.
Shape the business process and protocols for effectively and efficiently diagnosing problems and revealing the root cause.
Strategically resolve the most complex or unusual problems escalated to this level; guide teams across disciplines to implement effective resolutions.
Ensure that solutions for complex issues achieve the organization’s objectives and standards, providing strategic guidance if an alternative plan needs to be developed.
Lead discussions with multiple stakeholders, reiterating and reflecting on various (and sometimes conflicting) messages to ensure broad understanding.
Recognize a spectrum of verbal and nonverbal/behavioral cues and coaches others on how to observe and interpret those cues.
