We are seeking a Director of Global Marketing to join us in a key leadership role reporting directly to the CEO. This is a hands-on and strategic role, focused on building strong messaging, driving pipeline generation, and working closely with Sales. As Director of Global Marketing, you will be a partner with senior management, Sales, Product, and Customer Success to drive global growth and elevate market positioning. If you’re a highly analytical, business-oriented marketing leader with global experience, able to identify market trends, make data driven decisions, and turn insights into impactful go-to-market strategies, we’d love to hear from you! Requirements Responsibilities: Own and execute QTREX’s global marketing strategy to drive brand growth, market positioning, and customer expansion Manage digital marketing across all channels through integrated, multi-channel campaigns spanning digital, content, events, paid media, social media, PR, and strategic partner channels, with a strong focus on generating high-quality leads and driving pipeline growth Work closely with the Sales team to ensure strong alignment on pipeline generation, account-based marketing (ABM), and sales enablement initiatives Identify new market opportunities and translate them into actionable go-to-market initiatives Requirements: Degree in Engineering, Business, or Marketing Proven hands-on experience leading global marketing functions in advanced technology companies. Experience in developing Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives that become part of the organization’s broader strategy Sharp analytical capabilities, including the ability to identify market trends and make data-driven decisions. Experience in B2B or B2G marketing roles, ideally in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hebrew Strong ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, translating strategy into execution Full-time on-site position (Ness Ziona)
