KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Global Procurement: Lead and inspire our procurement team to achieve the best value for all spend. Develop and own global strategies, manage tender and contract negotiations, and ensure adherence to standard operating processes across our global locations.
  • Sales & Order Processing: Innovate and lead processes to build an efficient S+OP system, ensuring global roll-out and adherence to inventory policies and customer satisfaction.
  • Environmental Development and Compliance: Support our Carbon Neutral Strategy and Planning, ensuring we meet our 2050 neutrality goals and maintain ISO14000 compliance.
  • Leadership and Culture: Be a strategic and operational leader, inspiring and motivating your team, fostering innovation and cross-functional collaboration.
