We’re seeking an exceptional Director of Global Talent Management to lead the design and execution of strategies that attract, develop, and retain top talent across our global footprint. In this role, you’ll play a key part in fostering a high-performance culture aligned with our mission and values, while ensuring our people have the tools and opportunities they need to thrive.
Location Type: Remote, with the expectation that candidates are able to commute by car to Holland, Michigan as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or MBA strongly preferred.
  • Additional certifications such as SHRM or equivalent are highly desirable.

EXPERIENCE:

  • 10–15 years of progressive experience in talent management, talent acquisition, and learning & development.
  • Proven track record of designing, implementing, and scaling talent programs in dynamic, fast-paced, and tech-driven environments.
  • Deep expertise in performance management, leadership development, and employee engagement strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with learning management systems (LMS) and digital learning platforms; familiarity with Workday is a plus.
  • Demonstrated success in executing high-impact recruiting strategies and building robust pipelines for critical roles.
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience in automation, manufacturing, or technology sectors is advantageous.
