OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director to lead our team in a vibrant nightclub environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for events management, ensuring that our venue operates smoothly while providing exceptional guest experiences. This role requires a hands-on approach to management, focusing on both the operational aspects of the nightclub and the overall satisfaction of our guests.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven leadership experience in a nightclub or hospitality environment.
  • Strong background in events management with an understanding of guest services.
  • Excellent report writing skills with the ability to analyze data for decision-making.
  • Solid supervisory experience with a focus on team development and shift management.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a commitment to enhancing guest experiences.
  • Previous experience in cash handling and financial oversight within a restaurant or resort setting is preferred.
  • Assistant manager experience is advantageous but not mandatory.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of the nightclub, ensuring compliance with safety and health regulations.
  • Manage event planning and execution, coordinating with staff to deliver memorable experiences for guests.
  • Lead and supervise a team of employees, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
  • Handle cash management responsibilities, including cash handling and financial reporting.
  • Foster a positive customer service culture, addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Prepare reports on operational performance, event outcomes, and guest feedback for upper management.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to promote events and enhance the nightclub’s visibility in the community.
