JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Operations to oversee and enhance our organisational processes. MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

  • Leader and management all the CMAC Group UK & EU operation centres to ensure maintenance of 24/7/365 coverage to deliver all customer contractual requirements.
  • Develop, manage, monitor and continuously improve operational standard operating processes (SOP’s) and evaluate and enhance efficiency of business procedures.
  • Responsible for achieving all CMAC Group operational UK Ops KPIs, driving client and end-customer satisfaction.
  • Responsible for co-creation and execution of Operation strategies to optimise efficiency, reduce OPEX and maintain operational performance.
  • Ensure a fully resourced, highly engaged and trained team to enable the delivery of the 24/7/365 centres, with emphasis on motivating, maintaining and improving Operational Excellence culture through the CMAC value principles.
  • Responsible for Operational Budget in managing the day-to-day of every UK & EU Operations department.
  • Responsible for the delivery of safety objectives, involving customers, employees and premises. Integrating operational approaches to achieve synergies and consistency of service across the CMAC Group, so as to reflect the CMAC brand personality and differentiators.
  • The role reports into the Chief Officer Operations and the post-holder will be expected to support wider, global operational centres and the development of the CMAC Group expansion plans.

REPORTING TO CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER WITH ACCOUNTABILITY FOR:

  • Delivering Board approved KPIs with a focus on operational performance, service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitoring of Operational Performance and taking steps to drive improvements through strong root cause analysis and stratification techniques.
  • Leading and inspiring a multi-site 24/7/365 customer focused, multi-site operation to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Member of Group Operations senior leadership team.
  • Collaborating with other departments to drive positive customer outcomes.
    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
    Pay: £90,000.00 per year
