The Director of Growth and Marketing/Executive Director of Growth and Marketing is responsible for the strategy and execution of all marketing initiatives. This executive role is focused on elevating our brand to that of a strategic partner for senior business leaders. This person will lead the charge in communicating our core value proposition, developing the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for new innovations and service lines, and owning the systems that connect our message with new and existing clients. Specific Responsibilities: Brand & Platform Strategy: Own marketing strategy for core services, including messaging, collateral, and campaigns to position it as a foundational solution for business success. GTM Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute marketing plans for new geographic markets and new, innovative service lines. Client Acquisition: Design and manage campaigns to build relationships with new clients and introduce them to our way of doing business. Client Relationship Marketing: Create strategies that inform current clients about new opportunities and valuable services, ensuring they are maximizing their partnership with us. Event & Community Marketing: Own the event strategy, including targeting executive-level organizations and networks to build alignment with senior leaders. Executive Thought Leadership: Build a content strategy that provides key executive insights on topics like emerging technology, security, and business process. Sales Alignment: Serve as the primary liaison to Sales. Build sales enablement materials and refine the lead handoff process. Marketing Operations: Manage the company's marketing technology platforms, focusing on automation, analytics, and ROI reporting. Requirements Required Skills/Experience Minimum 10+ years' B2B marketing experience, with a required focus on technology solutions or professional services. Expert-level proficiency in modern marketing automation and CRM platforms is required. Demonstrable experience launching or rebranding new products/services. Experience in creating GTM plans for new market entry. Proven ability to market to a senior-level/executive audience. Expertise in demand generation, content marketing, and digital marketing. Education Requirements Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field. Preferred Qualification: Master’s Degree in Business Administration or Master’s in Digital Marketing/Data Analytics.
