Position: Director of Growth & Digital Marketing
Location: On-site (Virginia Beach HQ)
Compensation: $95,000 – $120,000 + benefits

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 7+ years running multi-channel digital marketing with $1 M+ annual ad budgets
  • 3+ years in real estate, financial services, or other regulated verticals
  • Proven track record generating 1,000+ qualified leads per month and tying spend to revenue
  • Certifications: Google Ads & Analytics, Meta Blueprint (or equivalent)
  • Hands-on SQL-lite, pivot-table, and dashboard chops
  • Management experience: hiring, coaching, performance reviews for creative & technical staff
  • Portfolio that shows revenue impact, not just impressions

Responsibilities

WHY THIS ROLE EXISTS

The last director simply didn’t have the depth we need. This is your chance to architect a high-visibility growth machine inside a brand people already recognize—and help shape the future of luxury real-estate marketing.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own and optimize all paid media: Meta Ads, Google Search/Display/YouTube, retargeting, geo-targeted luxury campaigns
  • Build airtight attribution: GA4, GTM, Meta Conversions API, UTMs, and offline uploads from Follow Up Boss
  • Plan and execute segmentation-driven email & CRM automation for a 240 k lead list
  • Lead, coach, and Q/A a team of four (graphic design, social, marketing coordinator, junior designer)
  • Oversee photo/video talent: sourcing, pricing models, quality control, and “media packages” that can become profit centers for the brokerage or agents
  • Protect and elevate brand integrity across multiple business lines
  • Report weekly on KPIs (impressions, CTR, watch-time, cost/lead, closed-deal ROI) directly to the exec team
