YOUR MISSION

We’re looking for a Director of Growth — an adaptable, results-driven leader who will oversee and integrate our marketing, sales, and student experience teams. This high-impact role requires someone who is both strategic and hands-on, capable of driving revenue, ensuring student success, and scaling a high-performing team in a fast-paced online education environment.

Responsibilities
  • Own Growth Strategy: Build and execute holistic growth strategies across marketing, sales, and student experience to drive revenue and retention. Identify new markets, channels, and opportunities to expand reach and revenue.
  • Lead Marketing: Oversee all digital marketing efforts (funnels, paid ads, social media, content, partnerships) to attract and convert high-ticket leads.
  • Sales Leadership: Guide the sales team, set KPIs, and optimize funnels for maximum conversions on premium programs.
  • Student Experience: Ensure an exceptional student journey from onboarding to graduation, improving satisfaction and retention.
  • Team Management: Mentor and lead a small but powerful team of marketers, sales reps, and student experience advisors.
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Monitor KPIs across all departments to improve strategy and outcomes.
  • Innovation: Test and scale new approaches to lead generation, retention, and customer success.
  • Collaborate with Leadership: Partner with the CEO and COO to align growth initiatives with company goals.
