We’re seeking a strategic and results-oriented Director of Growth Marketing to accelerate our customer growth trajectory. This strategic, results-oriented leader will report directly to the CMO and work collaboratively across multiple teams to smash our growth targets with precision and creativity.

Responsibilities
  • Strategic Growth Ownership: Develop and execute acquisition strategies across paid and organic channels, including Meta, YouTube, SEO, Direct Mail, and mobile. Build and scale unified, integrated marketing programs that fuel sustainable top-of-funnel growth.
  • Performance, AI, and Experimentation: Optimize key metrics like CAC, payback period, ROAS, and conversion rates. Build a culture of rapid experimentation across web and campaign surfaces. Leverage AI tools and automation to accelerate execution, improve performance, and scale intelligently.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and grow a cross-functional growth team spanning digital media, offline, content, Web/CRO, and SEO/GEO. Foster a performance-driven, collaborative culture.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely across GTM teams, including Product Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, Product Growth, and Sales, to optimize paid product adoption within the customer’s first 60 days.

The Foundation for Success - These are the experiences and strengths that will set you up for success in this role:

  • Leadership Experience: 10+ years in Growth Marketing with 5+ years leading teams in fast-growth environments. Experience in growth roles targeting SMBs, prosumers, or freemium-to-paid models preferred.
  • Channel Expertise: Proven track record scaling paid digital, SEO/GEO, and content marketing with measurable results. Demonstrated success launching and optimizing new channels and building integrated growth programs.
  • AI & Innovation Focus: Hands-on experience with AI-driven marketing tools, automation, and advanced analytics to drive performance and team adoption.
  • Data-Driven: Expert in performance analysis and rapid strategic pivots based on data insights.
  • Results Orientation: Track record of hitting aggressive growth targets in competitive markets.
