DIRECTOR OF GROWTH MARKETING Do you want a meaningful career advocating for children and families in crisis through your work in leading marketing? 4KIDS is looking for a strategic, data-driven marketing leader to help scale awareness, engagement, and donor growth while advancing a mission that provides hope, homes, and healing to children and families.    What You'll Do * Lead a comprehensive growth marketing strategy to increase awareness, engagement, acquisition, and retention * Design and execute multi-channel campaigns (digital, social, email, and traditional) * Identify and test new growth channels including digital advertising, partnerships, and content marketing * Oversee website optimization, SEO/SEM, and content strategy * Drive lead generation through high-performing campaigns * Optimize conversion pathways across the donor and engagement journey * Lead marketing automation strategy (HubSpot preferred) across the full lifecycle * Ensure seamless integration with donor CRM (Virtuous or similar) * Establish KPIs, dashboard, and reporting to track performance * Champion storytelling that honors dignity, reflects our mission, and communicates transformation * Model Christ-like leadership, fostering a culture of encouragement, accountability, and purpose Requirements * Agreement with and commitment to uphold the 4KIDS Statement of Faith, mission, and core values * Proven track record in digital growth marketing * Strong background in marketing analytics and performance optimization * Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred) * Demonstrated leadership and ability to execute both strategically and tactically * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment * Bachelor's degree * 7-10 years of marketing experience, including 3-5 years in a leadership role * Experience in nonprofit or mission-driven organization preferred  Why 4KIDS * Certified Best Christian Workplace for 9 years in a row * Excellent benefit package (medical/dental/life/disability insurance and retirement plan with match provided) * Excellent vacation and holiday benefits * Great staff culture and amazing workplace environment * You won't just grow campaigns-you'll help grow hope.  This is an opportunity to use your skills to make a lasting, eternal impact in the lives of children and families
