Job Description
talabat is looking for a high-impact Director of Growth Operations to lead one of the most strategic levers for marketplace growth: partner-led discounting and menu pricing.
Reporting to the VP of Partner Growth, this role will own the end-to-end vision, strategy, and execution of affordability on the platform. You will drive the development of our pricing and discounting framework, lead product and commercial initiatives, and ensure scalable, measurable outcomes through strong go-to-market strategies.
This is a strategic leadership role ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, growth, pricing, product thinking, and commercial execution.

EXPERIENCE

  • 12–15 years in high-growth businesses, with a focus on growth, pricing, or commercial strategy in eCommerce or food tech companies .
  • Background in management consulting, internal consulting, pricing strategy, or growth in a marketplace/digital platform is highly preferred.
  • Proven track record of owning multi-functional growth programs across product and commercial teams.
  • Experience in leading high-performing teams; motivating and coaching them towards achieving goals.

SKILLS & CAPABILITIES

  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and analytical horsepower.
  • Deep understanding of pricing mechanics, discounting dynamics, and partner incentives.
  • Experience working with product managers and familiarity with agile product development processes.
  • Strong operator; able to move from strategy to execution with hands-on involvement.Excellent communicator and influencer; comfortable with senior stakeholder management.
