COMPENSATION: $60,000–$70,000 BASE (DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE) + AGGRESSIVE COMMISSION

Responsibilities
  • Lead & Build: Establish the sales and marketing department. Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team.
  • Growth Strategy: Design and deploy a revenue engine across private, public, commercial, and hospitality verticals.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities, prospect new clients, and close deals.
  • Demand Generation: Develop and implement lead funnels across digital, outbound, events, and referral networks.
  • Pipeline Management: Own the deal flow. Forecast, track, and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Identify and secure partners from lot owners to municipalities and technology providers.
  • Performance Tracking: Measure KPIs including revenue growth, conversion rates, pipeline velocity, and deal size to drive results.
  • Brand & Voice: Support company positioning through sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Hands-On Leadership: Be present with clients and the team, leading by example in both strategy and execution.
