Your responsibilities will include: Balancing hands-on clinical and resident care with essential administrative duties. Recruiting, hiring, and mentoring staff to build a strong, cohesive team. Overseeing employee health services, including TB screenings, physicals, and drug screens. Develop and execute staffing plans aligned with resident needs while efficiently managing daily resource allocation. Promote survey process awareness by demonstrating expertise and guiding staff toward informed participation. Managing and improving the quality of care, adhering to SC Department of Health regulations, and maintaining certification/licensure standards. Contributing to the Vital Living Program to enhance the quality of life for our residents. What You Bring as a Director of Healthcare Services: Licensed as an RN in South Carolina CPR Certification 2+ years of clinical supervisory experience in a healthcare setting Experience with electronic medical records (PointClickCare is a plus) AT PCSC, we value Service, Excellence, Relationships, Teamwork, and Stewardship.
