HoopLife Basketball Inc. is a high-performance sports business sparking confidence and success in athletes and youth through basketball. With elite training centers across Canada (and growing more), Canada-wide camps and clinics, a cutting-edge mobile training app with thousands of users, a fast-growing apparel brand, and a bold online presence, we’re building a legacy with relentless hustle and big-picture ambition. We’re a startup that plays to win, powered by a team with zero ego, owning every outcome, and delivering an 11/10 experience in everything. If you’re ready to grind, serve humbly, and make a difference for the next generation, this is your arena.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re seeking a visionary Director to pioneer our new HoopLife Basketball Toronto chapter and bring the mission to life. You’ll launch and lead operations, coach athletes, make sales calls, recruit and mentor elite coaches, and forge community partnerships to grow HoopLife’s impact in Toronto. This full-time role demands long, tough hours, a multi-year commitment, and a passion for transforming youth beyond a failing school system. With our turnkey systems and leadership support, you’ll build a thriving facility, aiming for a physical multi-court basketball center within a few years. If you’re humble, driven by business, basketball, and faith in God, ready for the ride of a lifetime, this is your chance to shape Toronto’s future.

Responsibilities
  • Launch and manage Toronto’s HoopLife operations, turning our new facility into a beacon of excellence.
  • Coach athletes on the court, leading sessions, clinics, and programs with passion.
  • Make weekly sales calls to families, selling camps, memberships, and programs to fill every slot.
  • Recruit, hire, and train coaches and staff, mentoring them to build a united, mission-driven team.
  • Forge partnerships with Toronto businesses and community leaders, driving sponsorships and engagement.
  • Build relationships with thousands of families, becoming the face of HoopLife in Toronto.
  • Oversee facility setup and upkeep—maintenance, cleaning, equipment—to create a world-class environment.
  • Work long, tough hours, balancing coaching, sales, recruitment, and partnerships, giving your all to the mission.
