THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re seeking a visionary Director of our HoopLife Regina Centre to lead our 9,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art facility and transform lives through basketball. You’ll manage operations, hire and mentor coaches and trainers, build relationships with families, and drive sales to pack HoopLife camps, clinics, and programs. This full-time leadership role demands coaching athletes on the court, plus office hours, making weekly calls to generate revenue, recruiting talent, and building programming. It’s a tough, rewarding challenge for a humble leader ready to commit to multiple years to shaping youth and countering a broken school system.
