This role provides strategic and operational leadership for Food & Beverage, Concierge, Villa Services, Member Experience, and other member-facing clubhouse operations. The Director of Hospitality establishes club service standards, develops exceptional teams, and cultivates a culture where anticipation, attention to detail, and genuine care are second nature. QUALIFICATIONS * 6+ years of progressive leadership experience in luxury hospitality, private clubs, resorts, hotels, or similar service-focused environments, including oversight of multiple operational departments. * Demonstrated success building, leading, and developing high-performing hospitality teams while fostering a culture of accountability, service excellence, and employee engagement. * Strong understanding of food and beverage operations, guest services, concierge functions, member relations, and service recovery best practices. * Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage confidently with members, guests, executives, and team members at all levels. * Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on operational leadership in fast-paced, high-touch environments where details matter. * Ability to work in fast-paced high-touch environments. * Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure. * Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and varied schedules as needed.
