This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Hotel Operations at the Best Western Plus Fredericton Hotel and Suites. The Director of Hotel Operations will oversee the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring operational efficiency and adherence to hotel policies and procedures. Key responsibilities include managing customer service standards, overseeing the budgeting process, managing sales and promotional activities, and supervising the food and beverage department. The Director will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to improve overall hotel performance.
