We are looking for an experienced Director of Housekeeping and Laundry to oversee department operations, environmental services staff and projects. You will be responsible for ensuring that facilities are safe, clean, and well-functioning. The ideal candidate will be a great communicator and well-organized with the ability to optimize the use of space and equipment while monitoring operating costs. REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years experience in an operations & personnel management role
• Preferred candidates who are versed in environmental services
• Experience managing 10+ team members

· Monitor all the daily operations of the housekeeping and laundry departments, including the cleanliness of resident rooms and public areas using ESO quality assurance software
· Lead, hire, and train housekeeping and laundry staff to adhere to our high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction
· Oversee the department budget, take inventory, and ensure there is a stock of adequate supplies
· Document areas cleaned by housekeepers, maintain a project calendar, and report any issues such as room damage or maintenance requests
· Ensure all cleaning equipment is in proper working condition and make arrangements for repairs as needed
· Other tasks as necessary to ensure an efficiently run department is maintained
