This is a Department Head position responsible for the successful operation of the Housekeeping Department of a busy downtown hotel. Responsibilities include, directing the housekeeping department as well as the seamless collaboration with front office while maintaining quality standards, profitability and customer satisfaction. This position reports directly to the General Manager.
