POSITION OVERVIEW

The Director leads the planned expansion and oversight of emergency housing (47 beds), supportive housing units (15 units), housing case management team, and a drop-in housing support program. This senior leadership role focuses on scaling operations, enhancing quality of service delivery, and strengthening client-centered case management

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLSEDUCATION

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work, Public Administration, Gerontology, or a relevant discipline; equivalent experience considered .

EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in housing-focused social services, including leadership or management responsibilities—ideally within health, supportive or emergency housing contexts
• Working knowledge of Housing First, harm reduction, trauma-informed care, seniors support, and case management best practices
• Experience working with vulnerable adults, including seniors experiencing housing insecurity or homelessness.

Pay: $75,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
