Description

Lead the HR function and provide leadership to an HR Generalist.
Partner with senior leaders on people strategy, workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development.
Provide guidance on employee relations, investigations, performance management, accommodations, progressive discipline, and employment legislation.
Lead employee engagement, culture, wellness, and retention initiatives.
Oversee full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition strategies.
Develop leadership development, training, succession planning, and employee development programs.
Monitor HR metrics including turnover, absenteeism, engagement, retention, and time-to-fill.
Oversee HR policies, benefits, compliance, and HR processes.
Support change management and continuous improvement initiatives.
Partner with external legal counsel on employment matters as required.
What We're Looking For8–10+ years of progressive, hands-on HR leadership experience.
Degree in HR, Business, or related field; CHRP/CHRL is an asset.
Strong experience across employee relations, talent management, recruitment, performance management, and HR operations.
Experience supporting a multi-site organization is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of Ontario employment legislation.
HRIS experience; ADP Workforce Now and/or BambooHR is an asset.
Strong business acumen, communication skills, emotional intelligence, and leadership presence.
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable working in a growing environment.
