SUMMARY:

Aeroseal is looking for a Director of Human Resources that will assist us in our mission by leading and growing our HR function. This role will align people strategy with business goals while ensuring operational excellence across employee relations, compliance, performance management, payroll collaboration, and talent development. The Director will oversee the HR team and partner closely with the HR Manager on compensation and job architecture initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (Master’s or HR certification preferred).
  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of employee relations, compliance, and HR best practices.
  • Experience building HR functions in growing organizations.
  • Familiarity with payroll operations, accounting best practices, and compensation frameworks.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to influence at all levels

Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team, currently including the Human Resources Manager, Talent Acquisition Specialist, and HR Generalist.
  • Partner with leadership to align HR strategy with company growth and culture.
  • Oversee employee relations, performance management, and compliance with employment laws.
  • Partner with the HR Manager on compensation strategy, job architecture, and career pathing initiatives.
  • Evaluate and enhance engagement programs to improve retention.
  • Oversee HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook updates.
  • Partner with Payroll and Finance to ensure payroll processes align with accounting best practices, compliance requirements, and employee satisfaction.
  • Oversee HR systems, workforce analytics, and process improvements.
  • Lead change management and organizational development efforts.
    The estimated pay range for this role is $145,000-170,000. Actual pay is based on various factors including, but not limited to, the successful candidate’s experience, skills, knowledge, and job location. Please note that the compensation details listed in role postings reflect the base salary and do not include bonuses or benefits.
