The Director of HR & Benefits Service Delivery oversees and optimizes HR operations, ensures seamless service delivery for our clients, and drives efficiency through technology, process improvements, and strategic leadership.
Reporting directly to the SVP of HR & Benefits Service Delivery, the Director of HR & Benefits Service Delivery be responsible for leading multiple teams across the globe.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, etc. is required. Master’s or advanced degree or certification is preferred.
  • 7+ years’ experience in Global Human Resources and Benefits in a multi-level leadership capacity. Experience in an external, global client-facing role or HR Outsourcing is ideal.
  • Strong client empathy, a deep understanding of value drivers, and a passion for solving complex business problems
  • Knowledge of shared services and Integration
  • Demonstrated experience managing people leaders globally?
  • Experience in process improvement and project management.
  • Able to work collaboratively across teams and departments to build strong relationships and trust.
  • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to problem-solving
  • Exceptional organization skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong analytical skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to align benefits programs with overall business objectives.
