Description
Description At Blanton Turner, we manage buildings, but our real work is about people. We believe great properties don’t happen by accident; they’re built by teams who feel trusted, supported, and genuinely cared for. We’re a Seattle-based property management company with a diverse portfolio that includes high-rise apartments, multifamily communities, student housing, commercial spaces, and boutique properties across the Pacific Northwest, but what really sets us apart isn’t what we manage, it’s how we do it. With roughly 200 team members, we’ve built a culture rooted in relationships, accountability, and showing up as our real selves. We value authenticity over corporate polish, practical solutions over buzzwords, and leaders who listen as much as they lead. Being named one of the Puget Sound Business Journal’s “Best Places to Work” matters to us, not as a badge, but as confirmation that investing in people works. We’re excited to welcome a Director of Human Resources who shares that mindset; someone who believes HR can be strategic and human, structured and flexible, and who wants to help shape a workplace where people can do great work and enjoy doing it. This role blends big-picture business thinking with hands-on leadership. You’ll guide our HR strategy, lead a talented HR and Payroll team, and ensure our people practices support both our employees and our business goals—while keeping our culture collaborative, practical, and human.
