Description:
CAD Control Systems, a leader in the development, design, and manufacturing of BOP Control Systems, is seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Human Resources to join our team at our manufacturing facility in Broussard, LA. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing a human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization, specifically in the areas of talent management, HR technology, organizational and performance management, training and development, and compensation.
Key Responsibilities:

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required, and an Associates or a Bachelor degree in Business or Management with a focus in Human Resources, or equivalent education and experience.
• Five (5) + years’ experience in human resources field in the oil and gas industry preferred.

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS, ETC:

• Proficient computer skills in Microsoft applications required.
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to interact with all customers and vendors, and possess excellent project management skills.
• Must have ability to manage multiple complicated tasks, prioritize, and be detail oriented.
• Must pay close attention to accuracy.
• Familiarity with Paylocity strongly preferred.
