This is an opportunity to continue to shape and scale the HR function within a fast-moving, growth-oriented organization. The ideal candidate is an experienced HR leader who enjoys building systems, developing teams, and creating structures that support long-term success. Frazil’s HR Director will serve as both a strategic partner to the executive team and a day-to-day leader, overseeing a team of five HR and administrative professionals. You’ll support organizational design, strengthen leadership capability, and ensure smooth, compliant HR operations across all business units. This role is designed for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution — a leader who can build, refine, and elevate the people function as Frazil enters its next stage of growth. Build scalable, tech-enabled HR systems and processes to support a growing, data-driven organization. Talent Strategy & Workforce Planning Oversee the full talent lifecycle — workforce planning, recruiting, onboarding, career development, and retention. Design competency-based frameworks to support fair pay, career growth, and internal employee mobility. Partner with Finance to align headcount, labor costs, and performance metrics with business goals. Monitor and report on workforce analytics (e.g., revenue per employee, turnover, internal fill rates). Performance & Feedback Culture Lead performance management programs, including Weekly10, 30/60/90-day review, and state of the workforce assessment cycles. Champion a feedback culture grounded in radical candor, accountability, and growth. Use data and calibration tools (such as 9-box) to ensure strategic leadership focus and consistency in evaluations. Total Rewards & Compensation Oversee compensation strategy, ensuring both market competitiveness and internal equity throughout the organization. Manage payroll and benefits programs, including vendor management, package design, and partnering with Finance to optimize total labor costs. Evolve rewards and recognition programs that enhance engagement and retention. Culture, Change, & Leadership Development Champion Frazil’s culture of authenticity, innovation, and high performance. Drive leadership development initiatives across four pillars: Delivering Results Leading Change & Culture Performance Management Core Professional Capabilities HR Innovation & Technology Implement and optimize HR technology, automation, and analytics to improve decision-making and employee experience. Stay ahead of emerging trends in HR innovation, AI, and workforce analytics.
