We are seeking a Director of Human Resources to join our team at Hennis Care Centre of Dover. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all HR functions, ensuring that our staff is well-supported and equipped to provide the highest quality of care. Your leadership will be essential in fostering a positive work environment and driving organizational success.

║ Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organization’s goals.
• Manage talent acquisition processes to attract and retain top talent.
• Oversee employee relations initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture.
• Facilitate training and development programs to enhance staff skills and performance.
• Administer benefits programs and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Utilize data collection methods to assess HR metrics and improve processes.
• Lead change management efforts to support organizational growth and transformation.
• Collaborate with leadership to address workforce planning and performance management.

║ Requirements

• Proven experience in Human Resources Management.
• Proven experience in leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of talent management practices and employee relations strategies.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Advanced level of Excel knowledge.
• Demonstrated ability in change management and organizational development.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
