As the Director of Human Resources, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the associate experience and driving organisational success through our people.
You will lead the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives that promote associate engagement and organisational effectiveness. Through acting as a business partner to the General Manager and senior leaders you will make a significant impact and contribute to the growth and success of our hotel.

PROFILE

We are looking for a visionary HR leader with a proven track record in hospitality.

  • Full working rights in Australia.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Demonstrated experience in a hotel environment is highly desirable.
  • In-depth knowledge of Australian employment law and HR best practices.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all levels.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a capacity to navigate complex and dynamic situations.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and advanced analytical skills.
  • A collaborative, positive, and adaptable approach to work.
  • A passion for fostering a people-first culture and delivering exceptional employee experiences.
