Tank Connection LLC is seeking an experienced and hands-on Human Resources Director to join our manufacturing leadership team in a planned succession role. This position offers a unique opportunity to work alongside our current Human Resources Director for approximately one year before transitioning into the Director role upon their planned retirement. This role is ideal for an HR leader who understands the complexities of a multi-location environment and values building strong relationships with plant leadership, supervisors, and hourly employees. Key Responsibilities * Partner closely with the current HR Director to ensure a smooth and effective transition * Provide leadership across all HR functions within a manufacturing setting, including employee relations, labor and employment compliance, talent acquisition, training, compensation and benefits, and performance management * Serve as a strategic business partner to the plant leadership and executive management * Support a safety-focused, high-performance manufacturing culture * Guide workforce planning, engagement, and retention initiatives for both hourly and salaried employees * Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws Qualifications * Minimum of 5 years of progressive human resources experience preferred, with demonstrated experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment * Proven leadership experience, preferably at the Manager or Director level * Strong working knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and manufacturing workforce challenges * Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)  * SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification or the ability to obtain certification within 12 months Why Join Tank Connection LLC * Planned succession and mentorship: One year of side-by-side training with the current HR Director * Competitive salary based on experience * Bonus opportunities tied to individual and company performance * Excellent benefits package, including comprehensive health insurance, retirement plans, and generous paid time off * Strong company culture that values safety, teamwork, accountability, and long-term employment * Long-term leadership opportunity with a stable and growing manufacturing organization If you are an HR professional ready to step into a senior leadership role and make a meaningful impact in a manufacturing environment, we encourage you to apply.
