POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Director with a minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management, including but not limited to payroll, employee relations, talent acquisition, compliance, strategic planning, and policy development. The ideal candidate will have a strong generalist background with a focus on operational excellence, workforce development, and regulatory adherence.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (required).
  • Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficient in payroll systems, HRIS platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification (preferred but not required).
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $90,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
