We are looking for a Director of Human Resources to join our group.

TO QUALIFY FOR THIS JOB YOU MUST HAVE:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or human resources.
• Minimum seven years of experience in human resources management with progressively increasing level of responsibility including two years management experience.
• Minimum two years in the healthcare industry.

PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Master’s degree in business administration.
• SPHR and/or SCP certification.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:

• Sitting approximately 90% percent of the day.
• Walking and standing on a daily basis.
