What you’ll do Create and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives Oversee the recruitment team, ensuring effective strategies for sourcing and interviewing top talent Manage the onboarding process to support a smooth transition for new hires Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, promoting engagement, and managing performance issues Ensure HR policies are up-to-date and compliant with relevant laws and regulations, advising management on legal aspects of HR issues Oversee the administration of employee benefits and compensation structures Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and support career development Monitor HR metrics and report to leadership on workforce trends, compliance, and departmental performance Quarterly travel to satellite production facilities in Paris, KY, and Arlington, TX Requirements A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a master’s degree or HR certification is preferred. Significant experience in HR management, with a proven track record in a leadership role. Strong understanding of HR laws, regulations, and best practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills; ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and empathy.
