Somerset Pacific, LLC. is seeking a proactive and strategic HR leader to join our corporate headquarters team. As the Director of Human Resources, you will oversee HR functions for multiple companies, work closely with the executive team, and make a lasting impact on the organization’s success.

• Lead the development and execution of organization-wide HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Oversee all aspects of HR operations including talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, training, employee relations, compliance, and succession planning.
• Partner with leadership to drive organizational performance and foster a positive workplace culture.
• Manage HR team members through recruiting, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Develop financial and operational strategies for HR to ensure efficiency and alignment with company objectives.
• Provide expert counsel to management on policies, procedures, and employee matters.
