SUMMARY: The Director of Human Resources serves as the strategic leader of all HR functions and the entire organization, with primary oversight of call center operations spanning multiple states. This role requires a dynamic leader who can drive organizational transformation, build high-performing teams, and establish HR as a strategic business partner. The successful candidate will lead talent acquisition, benefits administration, training and development, and HR operations while fostering a culture of excellence and employee engagement across our diverse workforce.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
  • Minimum 8 years of HR experience with at least 5 years in leadership roles
  • Experience managing HR functions for organizations of 500+ employees, preferably in call center or service delivery environments
  • Proven track record in multi-state or multi-location operations

TECHNICAL & ANALYTICAL SKILLS

  • Strong expertise in people analytics, workforce planning, and HR metrics
  • Advanced proficiency with HRIS systems, applicant tracking systems, and HR technology platforms
  • Experience with cost allocation, FTE management, and budget oversight
  • Demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations

LEADERSHIP & STRATEGIC CAPABILITIES

  • Proven ability to lead organizational transformation and change management initiatives
  • Experience building and developing high-performing HR teams
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives
  • Demonstrated success in elevating the HR function’s strategic influence within the organization
  • Experience addressing team dynamics and driving collaborative environments

COMMUNICATION & INTERPERSONAL SKILLS

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels
  • Strong presentation skills and comfort engaging with executive leadership and board members
