Planned Parenthood Northern California (PPNorCal) is seeking a Director of Individual Giving for our Concord Administrative office. This role is full-time, 40 hours per week. SUMMARY
The Director of Individual Giving is responsible for the strategic direction, growth, and sustainability of PPNorCal’s individual giving program, which accounts for 60-70% of development revenue. This leadership role will oversee the individual giving team, manage a portfolio of major donors, and drive initiatives to cultivate, steward, and expand donor relationships. The Director reporting to the Vice President of Development will assist in the design and implement a comprehensive major gifts program, oversee fundraising events, and support campaigns and special fundraising strategies. As a thought leader within the development department and organization, the Director will play a key role in shaping PPNorCal’s philanthropic vision and culture of giving.

Pay Range: Planned Parenthood Northern California (PPNorCal) supports California’s new law (SB 1162) enhancing pay transparency. This new law requires employers with 15 or more employees to include a pay range in job postings. The pay range reflects the compensation that a new employee can expect to receive if offered employment. Employees with more experience, education, and other qualifying factors may be compensated at a higher rate of pay.
The pay range for this position is: $145,000 - $165,000 annualized salary.
