Job Title: Director of Information Technology
Location: Onsite – Fort Wayne, IN
Reports To: Chief Financial Officer (with strategic partnership to Operations and Engineering)

This role is open due to an upcoming planned leadership transition. The incoming Director will have a unique opportunity for a multi-month handoff with the current leader, ensuring continuity while bringing a modern, forward-thinking approach to our IT strategy. We’re seeking someone with a diverse background, fresh perspective, and strong technical foundation - including AI experience - to guide us into the next era of digital innovation.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Develop and execute an IT strategy that aligns with business goals and advances innovation
• Lead digital transformation projects, including AI applications, Industry 4.0, cloud adoption, ERP modernization, and automation
• Analyze existing infrastructure and systems, recommending improvements to performance, security, and cost-efficiency
• Oversee cybersecurity, SOX compliance, and IT risk management
• Manage and mentor a team of 7–8 IT professionals across infrastructure, applications, and support
• Foster collaboration with Operations, Finance, Engineering, and Supply Chain to improve workflows and integrations
• Ensure uptime, reliability, and scalability of enterprise systems
• Drive vendor management, license compliance, and tech budget optimization
• Report on KPIs, including digital adoption rates and cost savings initiatives
