The Role: You will lead a team of IT professionals ensuring our employees have reliable, secure, and efficient operations at both corporate offices and property sites. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership, analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Your day-to-day will involve: Technology & Infrastructure: Evaluate and optimize existing technology systems, infrastructure, and business applications as well as forecast future technology needs and develop recommendations for capital and operating budgets. Network, Systems, & Server Administration: Oversee administration and maintenance of network infrastructure, servers, cloud services, and enterprise systems. Cybersecurity & Compliance: Monitor security threats, vulnerabilities, and incident response activities. Hardware & Asset Management: Manage hardware lifecycle planning, replacement schedules, and technology refresh programs. Vendor & Contract Management: Oversee printer/copier contracts, telecommunications agreements, software licensing, and support contracts. Leadership & Administration: Develop IT policies and procedures, manage IT budgets and supervise IT staff. Requirements What We're Looking For: Experience: 7+ years of progressively responsible IT experience including leadership or management role. Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Technology, or related field preferred. Experience managing enterprise networks, cybersecurity programs, telecommunications, and vendor relationships. Skills: Strong leadership, vendor management, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously and a strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices. Knowledge of network infrastructure, server administration, and cloud services as well as experience with technology budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning. Software Programs: Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, SharePoint, mobile device management platforms, and cloud technologies required. Yardi experience a plus. Licensing: Valid Driver's License, insurance and a personal vehicle are a must. EOE
