Supporting their growth strategy, CCS purchased Century Direct in 2023.

EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field — or equivalent relevant professional experience.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CISM, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, ITIL) are a plus.

EXPERIENCE

• 10+ years of progressive experience in IT and software development, with at least 3–5 years in a senior leadership or director-level role.
• Proven experience managing both infrastructure and application development teams.
• Background in systems architecture, enterprise software, cloud platforms, and database technologies.
• Experience in a production-oriented environment (e.g., direct mail, document processing, or high-volume transactional systems) is highly desirable.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Understanding of software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum/Waterfall).
• Experience with workflow automation, file transformation (PDF, AFP, XML, etc.), and job tracking tools. Experience with digital print systems is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with SOC 2, data security best practices, and compliance requirements.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience with Java, JavaScript, HTML5, sFTP, Python, PHP, MS SQL Server, AWS S3.
• Experience with ILE RPG Free and WebSmart development environment, are a plus.

LEADERSHIP & STRATEGIC SKILLS

• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong communication skills for engaging with stakeholders, executives, and non-technical teams.
• Proven success in translating business needs into scalable technical solutions.
