Description Job Description & Overview: Direct, manage, review, supervise, approve, and support IT systems/devises needed for company’s operations. Manage network devices from a stability and security standpoint. Migrate from on-prem to Microsoft Azure. Perform Virtual Machine Infrastructure management. Lead Helpdesk Team, IT Admin and Clinical Informatics. Perform onsite and remote server management related to EMR, XRAY, ULTRASOUND, EMR systems/machines/devices. Coordinate with department leads and design IT solutions based on requests. Manage Network maintenance and monitoring, INTERFACES, and LABs etc. Monitor and manage Radiology, LAB and Pharmacy IT workflows and integrations with EMR. Serves as an escalation point for IT staff. Manage excellent customer service for all staff members. Coordinate with Managed Service Providers and Vendors. Provide scalable solutions for new additional sites. Mange and direct Cyber security policies and implementations. Use managerial, network engineering, Azure/cloud operations, communications, healthcare IT expertise, troubleshooting, customer service, Microsoft products, ITIL framework skills, tools and technologies.
