We are looking for a Director of Infrastructure to lead our Cloud Infrastructure and Tooling engineering group. The group is responsible for all aspects of monday.com production operation, AWS cloud infrastructure, compute clusters, databases, observability, reliability, security. Including development of our sophisticated release process and providing of self service to r&d teams to progress fast and independently in our Continuous Delivery environment with high level of ownership. About The Role Lead, grow, and mentor a group of talented engineers and managers, shaping the group’s engineering culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders (technical and non-technical) in R&D to identify pain points, co-design solutions, and ensure strong collaborations and impact. Establish AI first driven approach, lead to agents development to improve our observability, safeguards, self service, ticket automation, shift left approach. Own production, its evolution, vision, strategy and execution of our Cloud infrastructure roadmap for growing scale and business needs. Proactively work on engineering excellence and push to reliability improvements of 99.99% SLA and our SaaS multi-tenant product blast radius reduction. Promote user-centric thinking, and a deep understanding of business needs in all projects developed by the group. Work with impact driven KPIs. Foster a high-performance culture that values impact, speed of execution, can do attitude, ownership, accountability and collaboration. Requirements Experience managing multiple engineering teams and leading cross-company, multi-disciplinary initiatives. Strong technical foundation combined with a product mindset and a passion for crafting tools that users love. Proven ability to hire, scale, and mentor high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work closely with a wide range of stakeholders.
