Responsibilities Develop and implement strategies for innovation and transformation within the firm. Lead cross-functional teams to ideate, prototype, and pilot new service offerings. Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities for innovation. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop business cases for innovative projects and initiatives. Monitor and evaluate the impact of innovation initiatives on business outcomes and client satisfaction. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 8 years of experience in the accounting industry, with a focus on innovation or transformation. Proven track record of leading successful innovation projects and initiatives. Strong understanding of emerging technologies relevant to the accounting industry. Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
