  Role & Purpose Summary This role is conducted within the vision, mission, and strategic plan of the Insurance Authority. The Director of Internal Communications facilitates effective internal communication within the Insurance Authority to drive organizational alignment, employee engagement, and transparency. The role includes performing relevant duties to support the implementation of the National Insurance Strategy (NIS). Reporting to the Executive Director of Communication, the role oversees developing and executing internal communication strategies that directly support IA's strategic objectives. Collaborating across departments, the Director ensures all internal messaging consistently aligns with IA’s core values, enhancing internal cohesion and promoting an inclusive organizational  The Insurance Authority (IA), the insurance regulator of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia was established by royal decree No. 85 dated 28/01/1445 H. IA has a clear mandate to become the dedicated regulator for the Kingdom’s insurance sector.
