Partner with Marketing to produce thought leadership content, industrial market insights, and firm-wide communications. Maintain a high standard of responsiveness and professionalism in all investor interactions. Capital Raising & Marketing Support capital-raising strategy for new and existing funds and programmatic joint ventures. Prepare and manage offering materials, pitch decks, case studies, and due diligence questionnaires. Manage investor subscription and onboarding process for each fundraise. Support fundraising activities, due-diligence questionnaire (DDQ) responses, RFP/RFI materials and virtual data room setups. Create and monitor investor KPIs (e.g., investor satisfaction, retention rate, contribution to follow-on capital) and propose improvements. Compliance & Governance Ensure investor communications and dataflows comply with internal policy, regulatory requirements, and third-party audit expectations. Stay up to date on best practices in investor relations, investor-reporting standards, and technology innovations. Requirements WHAT YOU BRING Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree a plus.
