In this new role, you will play a pivotal part in enabling innovation, driving efficiency, supporting procurement, our social value objectives and align technology initiatives in support of our community impact outcomes.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Responsible for the development and implementation of business transformation, IT and digitisation at LHCPG, you’ll:

• Lead the strategic direction, oversight and governance of digital transformation, IT security, business intelligence and business continuity
• Set the vision and drawing stakeholders together, in a role which will have a significant impact on LHCPG’s success
• Oversee our technology strategy and drive innovation to support the delivery of our strategic objectives.
• Lead the Uxbridge based IT and Transformation teams, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across our business.
• Ensure our technology solutions and transformation programmes meet the needs of all our customers and align with our business goals.
