Minimum of 10 years of increasingly responsible management and operational experience in Information Technology is required. Candidates with professional training, industry certifications, or advanced degrees are preferred. Substantial exposure in a manufacturing environment to data processing, hardware and cloud-based platforms, enterprise software applications, website development and outsourced systems. Experience with systems design, security, and development is required, from business requirement analysis through ongoing maintenance. Must possess extensive experience in strategic planning and execution. Possesses the desire, capacity, and toolset necessary to drive continuous improvement. Has a history of building effective teams, elevating the efforts of others, and growing careers. Must have strong problem-solving skills and an analytical approach to all tasks.
