Responsibilities:
Sentinel is seeking a strategic and visionary Director of IT Engineering & Technical Services to lead our clients network and telecommunications functions across their enterprise. This high-impact role will oversee three direct reports and play a critical part in shaping a world-class technical services department for the Chicago area.
The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in networking and telecommunications, along with a proven ability to drive strategic planning, financial discipline, and talent development. You’ll be responsible for the full lifecycle of technical solutions—from architecture and deployment to optimization and disaster recovery—ensuring secure, high-performance systems that support operational excellence.
This is a unique opportunity to influence digital transformation at scale, collaborate with executive leadership, and foster innovation that enhances customer and user experiences. Strong communication skills, vendor management experience, and a passion for continuous improvement are essential.
