Pagac & Company, P.C. is a trusted boutique CPA firm specializing in tax, accounting, and advisory services. We are seeking a Director of Lead Management to take full ownership of our lead generation and prospect pipeline, driving consistent growth opportunities for the firm.
This role is ideal for a results-driven marketing and sales strategist who thrives on building systems that attract, qualify, and deliver quality leads. You’ll have access to a modern lead generation toolkit — including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Wiza, AI, Google Ads, Calendly, and more — to help you design and execute high-performing campaigns. The goal: ensure the right prospects enter our pipeline so our team can focus on closing business.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and execute a lead generation strategy that consistently delivers qualified prospects.
  • Manage and optimize the entire lead funnel — from awareness to conversion.
  • Launch and refine multi-channel campaigns (LinkedIn, email, paid ads, events, webinars).
  • Leverage tools like HubSpot, Sales Navigator, Wiza, AI, and Google Ads to maximize prospecting efficiency.
  • Develop lead scoring and nurturing systems to ensure sales-ready opportunities.
  • Automate scheduling and outreach workflows with Calendly and integrated systems.
  • Provide data-driven reporting on cost per lead, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Collaborate directly with leadership to align lead-gen efforts with revenue goals.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years of proven lead generation / demand generation experience (B2B preferred).
  • Hands-on expertise with CRM platforms, marketing automation, and prospecting tools.
  • Strong understanding of funnels, inbound/outbound strategies, and paid media.
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze and optimize campaigns.
  • Proven track record of driving measurable growth in professional services or related industries.
