CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

  • Master’s degree or higher in Educational Science, Learning Science, Psychology, Psychometrics, Instructional Design, or a related field
  • Leadership experience in education or EdTech
  • Experience applying AI technologies in an educational or professional setting
  • Experience designing and implementing AI systems for tasks like content generation, data analysis, or adaptive learning
  • Strong understanding of learning science principles and data-driven educational strategies
  • Proven ability to communicate complex educational and technical concepts to diverse audiences

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Designing and continually refining an AI-driven learning ecosystem that surpasses traditional education, evidenced by significant improvements in student achievement data
  • Interacting directly with students through virtual platforms to gain insights into their learning experiences, challenges, and successes, using this information to drive ongoing improvements in the learning ecosystem
  • Extracting actionable insights from learning platform data to design impactful academic interventions using AI/ML, learning science, and motivational best practices
  • Fostering a culture of bold experimentation and evidence-based decision-making, using data to unlock significant growth in students’ learning trajectories
  • Collaborating with platform engineering, data science, and design teams to translate academic insights and student feedback into seamless product enhancements
