BECOMING A TEAM MEMBER:
SEV Laser is looking for a Director of Learning and Development to lead the design,
execution, and oversight of company-wide learning initiatives. As part of a small, hands-on
team, this role is ideal for a self-starter with a proven ability to build Learning and Development
strategies from the ground up. The ideal candidate will combine strategic vision with practical,
day-to-day implementation skills to create impactful programs that enhance employee
performance and align with our business objectives.
This position offers flexibility for remote work, with a strong preference for candidates located
within driving distance of a SEV Laser location to facilitate on-site visits.
